　　F4考试在2014年12月将有较大的变化，F4将不再能够作为获得牛津布鲁克斯大学应用会计理学士学位 (OBU BSc Degree)的英语证明。当然，学生还是有很多其他途径(例如IELTS, TOEFL，CET-6等)证明其英语水平。

　　高顿财经ACCA研究院赵院长指出：对于中国学生，比较常见的几个可以作为英语证明的考试及相应的要求如下：

　　1. CET-6：College English Test – Band 6, China (CET-6) – minimum mark of 400

　　2. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

　　Minimum acceptable scores:

　　Paper based exam - 500

　　Computer based exam - 173

　　Internet based test - 79

　　Additional note re TOEFL 22/03/2014

　　ACCA was informed of updated requirements with regards to TOEFL. The new

　　requirements are:

　　87 overall with a minimum of 22 in reading and writing, 20 in listening and 23 in

　　speaking.

　　The TOEFL internet based test certificate in valid for 2 years.

　　3. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) conducted by the British

　　Council, University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate and International

　　Development Program of Australian Universities and College: providing grade 6.5 or

　　higher (i.e. 7, 8, 9) overall has been obtained with a breakdown of 6.0 in reading and

　　writing and 5.5 in listening and speaking. IELTS certificate if valid for 2 years.

　　1. Cambridge International Certificate in Financial English (ICFE)

　　2. Joint Matriculation Board (JMB) examinations in English - Grades 1, 2 or 3 or

　　“Reached a Satisfactory Standard” on old Certificates – Pass or Fail on new certificates

　　3. Cambridge Proficiency examination in English

　　4. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

　　7. Pearson Test of English (PTE) – Academic. Overall 58 with 51 in reading, writing and

　　speaking. A PTE Academic score is valid for 2 years.

　　8. English for Commerce and English for Business – LCCI Intermediate stage examination

　　9. A pass in the equivalent of GCSE English Literature

　　10. A pass in either A Level or at least 2 passes at GCE O Level in subjects which require a

　　good comprehension of English, e.g. British Constitution; British Government;

　　Communication Studies; Law; Economics; General Studies; History; Philosophy;

　　Psychology; Religious Studies; Sociology; Pakistan Studies; Islamic Studies / Islamiyat;

　　Business Studies

　　11. RSA Stage II English Language

　　12. RSA Certificate in the Communicative Use of English as a Foreign Language with

　　Reading & Writing at Advanced Level

　　13. Certificate of Attainment in English, University of London – providing at least Grade 4

　　has been achieved

　　14. Irish Leaving Certificate (lowers) – Grade D is also acceptable as a pass

　　15. English for Speakers of Other Languages (International ESOL) examinations (formerly

　　known as City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications) at Intermediate, Higher Intermediate or

　　Advanced level OR Communicator, Expert or Mastery levels (available from 2004)

　　16. University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate - General paper (O or A)

　　17. Northern Examination and Assessment Board (NEAB) – Test of English (Overseas) –

　　providing the minimum of grade 3 has been achieved

　　18. University of Cambridge ESOL – Business Education Certificate (BEC) – Higher Level

　　19. Malaysian University English Test (MUET) – Bands 4, 5 or 6

　　20 LCCI - English Language Skills Assessment (ELSA) – (with an acceptable writing score

　　within the range 77 – 85 and an acceptable Reading score within the range 155 –

　　211).

　　21 ACCA qualification paper F4 – Corporate and Business Law (last EP acceptable session

　　June 2014)

　　22 Internally assessed ACCA Paper 1.3 or F4 (2007 syllabus)

　　23. CAT – (Technician Graduate) – last EP acceptable session June 2011, from Dec 2011

　　FIA does not meet EP.

　　24. College English Test – Band 6, China (CET-6) – minimum mark of 400

　　25. English studied as part of higher education upon review could be considered on an

　　individual basis.
