　　加州BAR改革

　　加州律法考试新规如下：

　　自2017年7月起，加州律考将由原先的三天制考试更改为两天，考试内容安排随之改动如下：

　　he Committee of Bar Examiners of The State Bar of California announces that effective with administration of the July 2017 California Bar Examination the format of the California Bar Examination will be constructed as follows:

　　General Bar Examination

　　The examination will be administered over two days with the following components:

　　1. One morning session during which three one-hour essay questions will be administered;

　　2. One afternoon session during which two one-hour essay questions and one 90-minute Performance Test will be administered; and

　　3. Morning and afternoon sessions consisting of three hours each, during which 100 multiple-choice items for each session will be administered [the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)].

　　The exact dates for administration of the restructured examination, i.e., Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday, will be announced no later than one year in advance of the July 2017 administration. During the grading, the written and MBE portions of the examination will be weighted equally at 50% each, also effective with administration of the July 2017 California Bar Examination. The minimum scaled score of 1440 will remain the same as that which is currently required to pass the California Bar Examination.
